Hi, I’m Rafy Evans — a creator A&R and digital strategist who bridges talent, brands, and culture by identifying the right talent voices, building meaningful relationships, and shaping partnerships that resonate.

I’ve always believed my career path makes the most sense when you look at it backwards. What started as a summer job at an all-boys summer camp eventually sparked the beginning of my digital career.

That beginning came in 2020, when I stepped into a “jill-of-all-trades” assistant role supporting YouTube and TikTok creators at the SWAY LA Content House. In the chaotic first year of TikTok’s rise, I quickly recognized the need for a steady strategist who could bridge the gap between emerging talent and the right opportunities.

Since then, I’ve worked across the “middle ground” of the industry—supporting talent strategy and activations at a platform, managing partnerships, events, and digital publicity for fashion and lifestyle clients at a PR agency, and now shaping influencer partnership strategy at VaynerMedia. In my current role as Associate Director of Influencer Strategy, I strategize client goals into tangible, measurable executional strategies rooted in culture-first taste and connect talent to larger brand opportunities to ensuring creators feel supported while helping clients win in culture.

I approach creator relationships with the same care and intention as an A&R—identifying rising voices, building meaningful relationships, producing content and experiences, and executing partnerships that are both talent-first and brand-friendly. My sweet spot lies in making talent feel valued while delivering campaigns that resonate.
